This was taken March 2014.

The Journey is long and continues and will for the rest of my life. As I am coming up to my 53rd birthday I am proud to say that I am still keeping off the weight. I have gained a few pounds but I am not out of control. 

I made this box card because of seeing so many on Pinterest
